KANYE West’s Yeezy business is still fulfilling back orders that are being shipped from a warehouse in Los Angeles after his site was shut down.

E-commerce company Shopify pulled the plug on Kanye’s site after he began promoting a swastika t-shirt following his Super Bowl commercial last month.

In a message now displayed on the site, Kanye is promising “Yeezy stores coming soon,” but sources say he’s no closer to opening any and there are concerns over protests.

In recent years, Kanye has been working closely with Los Angeles Apparel founder Dov Charney, who manufactures his clothing in Downtown Los Angeles.

Insiders told The U.S. Sun this week that there’s still plenty of activity at a warehouse near the LAA Factory Store where back orders for Yeezy are being packaged and sent out.

Exclusive photographs show employees at the site, including a forklift truck driver moving products.

However, sources say there is nothing further planned with Charney at the moment as Kanye tries to figure out his next move.

The U.S. Sun has also learned that the offensive $20 swastika t-shirt was never actually made—the promotion was just a graphic posted on the website.

Charney, who is Jewish, was also not interested in producing the t-shirt, according to insiders.

Some orders were allegedly made by fans who wanted a “pop culture keepsake” amid the scandal, but they are believed to have received refunds.

‘YEEZY IN FLUX’

Kanye was seen wearing the t-shirt this week, but The U.S. Sun can confirm it was not made by Los Angeles Apparel.

One employee, who helps ship Yeezy clothing, told The U.S. Sun this week, “I don’t think they ever made the swastika t-shirt.”

“I went to the print shop to ask around and see if that was happening, or screens [for printing] were even made, but I think they cut that [idea] real fast.

“It’s just the regular clothing being made and Kanye’s Bully merchandise [for his new album].”

Asked what he thought about Kanye promoting the t-shirt, he shook his head in disgust and replied, “I just thought that was kind of crazy. I didn’t like it.”

He added, “I don’t know if the website being down affected anything because I’ve been working the same hours.

“They still had a lot of orders. I’ve been asking what’s happening next, and they are saying they are trying to make a new website.”

The warehouse is not owned by Kanye and property documents show it was bought by American Central Plaza LLC in 2006.

Charney, who is also the founder of American Apparel, is still said to be “great friends” with the rapper and there’s no suggestion they won’t work together in the future.

The U.S. Sun reached out to Dov Charney directly who declined to comment publicly on Kanye’s business.

Charney is no stranger to cancel culture after bouncing back from his own scandal when he was fired by the board in 2014.

He was accused of several alleged failings, including misusing company money, violating the company’s sexual harassment policy, and offering significant severance packages without board approval.

But Charney hit back saying the claims were “crap” and explained some of the lawsuits were settled while others were dismissed.

He has never been found to have committed sexual harassment.

Charney has been working with Kanye since 2015 and he became the main manufacturer of his Yeezy clothing after the star was dropped by major brands in 2022.

His previous antisemitic rant saw the breakdown of his business relationships with Adidas, GAP, and Balenciaga.

Kanye’s most recent rants on X are going to make it difficult for him to relaunch his business, as many are refusing to work with him, but sources say he will persist.

Days after fashion week, Kanye said that he was going “death con 3 on Jewish people,” an apparent reference to the US military’s Defense Readiness Condition (DEFCON), which indicates the level of threat to national security.

Ye’s misuse of the term was seen as his intention to start a metaphorical war on Jewish people.

He later posted a message in Hebrew to social media, saying he was “committed to making amends and promoting unity.”

But in a disturbing U-turn last month he declared himself a “Nazi” and praised Hitler on X.

He has continued to contradict himself several times in a flurry of posts in recent weeks while sources claim he’s been struggling with his mental health.
