MEGHAN Markle has been called out for having “diva qualities” by former BBC Royal Correspondent Jennie Bond.
The royal expert opened up about her views on the royal family for The Sun’s Royal Exclusive show, and revealed her feelings towards the Duchess of Sussex, 42.
The Duchess of Sussex was called the royal family member with the most ‘diva qualities’
Former Suits actress Meghan was previously labelled ‘duchess difficult’ by palace insiders
Speaking to Royal Editor Matt Wilkinson, Jennie was asked which member of the family was “biggest diva” from her 14 years working as Royal Correspondent.
She replied: “Well, is Meghan a royal? I don’t know.
“And I’m afraid to say I do think that Meghan had some diva qualities.”
Former Hollywood star Meghan was previously branded “Duchess Difficult” by palace insiders as her demands became too much for aides, according to reports.
This follows The Sun exclusively revealing the late Queen warned Prince Harry over Meghan’s behaviour and attitude before their wedding.
Meghan had initially wanted a tiara that featured emeralds, according to royal sources.
But the future Duke and Duchess of Sussex were unhappy when her first choice wasn’t facilitated.
According to Harry’s bombshell Spare memoir, he claimed the Queen’s dresser Angela Kelly “put up obstacles.”
Royal author Robert Jobson revealed Harry told staff before the wedding: “What Meghan wants, Meghan gets.”

However, the Duchess of Sussex has been firmly defended by friend and make-up artist Daniel Martin.
The guru broke down in tears as he insisted that the Duchess was not a diva.
He said: “What’s so frustrating is that you hear these stories and there’s no truth to them.
“It’s not the same person. In the years I’ve known her, the years I’ve worked with her, she’s never had a diva fit, never.”

Meghan Markle’s ‘air freshener’ wedding request
MEGHAN Markle reportedly wanted air fresheners to fix the “musty
The Duchess of Sussex specifically asked for atomisers to fill the chapel before Royal Wedding guests arrived because she didn’t “like its smell”, a source claimed.
Household staff were reportedly left astounded at her request because the chapel was The Queen’s regular place of worship and even contained the Royal Vault.
A source told the Daily Mail: “Apparently Meghan didn’t like the smell of the chapel, which as you would expect, is a little musty. It’s not unpleasant at all though.
“Meghan wanted staff to go around with these atomisers, like spritzer guns, and spray the chapel with scent before anyone arrived.”
According to royal biographers Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand in Finding Freedom, Meghan secured £130 Diptyque Baies diffusers for the big day.
They were said to be provided by the brand and approved by the palace, leaving the chapel smelling of roses, infused with fruity undertones of berries and currant leaves.
