Tracy is no stranger to medical challenges. The 56-year-old has had a long history of health issues. He has been living with diabetes for years, and in 2010, he underwent a kidney transplant. Reflecting on the aftermath of his accident, Tracy shared how he felt when he woke from a coma, saying, “I was a mess.”

More recently, Tracy has been open about his experience with weight loss medication. He joked about using the drug Ozempic, which is typically prescribed for weight loss, but humorously admitted to gaining 40 pounds instead of losing weight.

In the medical community, there’s a known condition that could explain some of what happened during Tracy’s vomiting episode. Aggressive vomiting, such as what Tracy experienced, can lead to tears in the lining of the esophagus, which may result in blood being present in the vomit. This can explain why it appeared as if Tracy was bleeding from his nose during the incident.

Tracy’s vomiting episode, although alarming, is not typical for most patients using GLP-1 medications, such as Ozempic. While these medications can cause nausea and vomiting as potential side effects, projectile vomiting is considered rare.
