I was not comfortable doing this, but they asked me if I was okay, and I said, ‘Yeah,’” she recalled. Transitioning to The White Lotus, Lisa spoke about her role as Moo, a sweet hotel worker. The host jokingly suggested that because of her character’s sweet demeanor, some fans might suspect her to be the killer in the storyline. Lisa laughed, refusing to give away any spoilers, but insisted that her character was just a nice, charming person. “She’s just testing the waters with the guy she likes,” Lisa said, referring to Moo’s interaction with a male character who has a crush on her. The host and Lisa shared a light moment, joking about the possibility of Moo being the killer, but Lisa kept the mystery intact.

When asked about the meaning of her character’s name, Lisa explained that “Moo” means “Pearl” in Thai, though she acknowledged that in English, it’s often a silly or unflattering word. She laughed at the idea of people calling her “Moo” in English and said it wasn’t a problem in Thailand but could be funny in the West.

The conversation then turned to Lisa’s debut solo album Alter Ego, which she described as a concept album. “I tried different types of music for this album when I came to LA, and I loved every single one of them,” she said. Lisa’s album features five different characters, and she performs as each one, allowing her to explore a wide range of personas. These characters include Roxy, Kiki, Sunny, Speedy, and Vixie. Lisa revealed that Vixie was the character most like her, though she also identified with Speedy, a character who loves driving fast cars. “When I drive, I feel like Speedy,” she joked.
