The 2-storey house, which spans over 3,500 square feet in area, is built in a country cottage aesthetic and includes 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It also includes 3 stone fireplaces, a music room, and a library. Hathaway and her husband renovated the house with the help of designer Pamela Shamshiri from Studio Shamshiri in Los Angeles. The house included a dance hall built in 1922, which they transformed into a large music room featuring a piano and sofas, connected to two seating areas for gatherings. The house also has a nursery.
