WILLIE Nelson has left fans concerned for his wellbeing after announcing that he’s missing part of Outlaw Music Festival.
The On The Road Again singer fell ill, according to a statement he released on X – formerly Twitter.
While Willie, 91, did not reveal the nature of his ailment, he did share with fans that he’ll be unable to take the stage for days.
“We regret to inform you that Willie Nelson is not feeling well and, per doctor’s orders, has been advised to rest for the next four days,” the statement began.
“He is expected to make a quick recovery and join the Outlaw Music Festival tour next week. In the meantime, Lukas Nelson and the Family Band, along with a few guests, will perform a special set to include Willie’s classics and other songs.”
The statement went on, “Bob Dylan, Robert Plant, & Alison Krauss and Celisse will continue to perform as scheduled.”
Fans in the comments expressed concern and sent well-wishes to the musician.

Text over the GIF read, “Sending positive vibes.”
“My best wishes for Willie to get better soon. Lukas sings so much like his dad,” a fourth fan posted.
“You could have just removed the first line and spared us all from the heartbreak,” another comment read.
A sixth commenter wrote, “Wow that’s an amazing lineup and can’t believe Willie is out there still doing his thing. Hope he feels better soon.”
“Feel better soon,” someone else shared.
“Love you Willie!! Rest up!! Feel better!!!” an eighth fan commented.
