CARA Delevingne stunned fans as she revealed what appeared to be her huge baby bump in a round up of her 2024 best bits.

The supermodel and actress posed side-profile for the first jaw-dropping snap which, understandably, led some fans to believe she was expecting her first child.

Cara’s Instagram image – as well as one showing her flashing her tattoos as her belly was revealed – was nestled in between a host of other pictures which she captioned: “Too hard to choose so I went random.”

These included a snapshot showing the 32-year-old cuddling a dog, one of her climbing a palm tree and another of her on a ski trip.

Yet it was the two images of Cara‘s bare tummy which led one follower to quiz: “Is she pregnant??”

Another posted: “Pregnant!?” as a third mused: “The bump?!”

One then simply put: “I’m in love with these random posts of yours.”

Yet others were quick to flag that the baby bump was in fact fake – and worn for her role in TV series American Horror Story.

The catwalk queen looked unrecognisable – not only for sporting the bump – with a black wig as she starred in American Horror Story: Delicate, alongside Kim Kardashian, 42 and Emma Roberts, 32.

The trailer gave a glimpse at Cara’s character administering a suspicious ultrasound examination.

One Instagram follower on the same post also gushed: “That prosthetic pregnancy stomach goes CRAZY.”

Another giggled: “So we all fell for the bump?”

A fan then clarified amid the mass speculation: “Everyone!!!! SHE is not pregnant! For her role in AHS.”

SWITCH UP

The role came as Cara again changed her look last month.

She transformed into Elton John – donning his iconic big glasses and bold padded outfit – for the new video of his 1973 hit Step Into Christmas.

Cara said: “I wish I could pretend to be Elton every day. I hope Elton may one day return the favour and agree to play me in my not yet developed, written, pitched or funded biopic.”

Sir Elton, 77, said they discussed the project, revealed last month by The Sun, at Glastonbury last year, adding: “It came out great.”

Earlier in the year, The Sun reported that Cara had starred in the musical Cabaret on the West End and wanted to take it to New York.

She said: “Broadway would be a dream. I’ve caught the theatre bug.

“I’ve had some personal things happen in my life but I go on stage and forget about all of it.”

Around the same time, Cara’s £5million mansion burnt down in a catastrophic fire while she was in London.

The actress’ mum said Cara was devastated after “her whole life” was destroyed in the blaze.

HAPPY CHAPTER

Yet, in a happier chapter, the Brit made her modelling comeback – and was the toast of Paris Fashion Week 2024.

Dressed in a bright red trench, matching pants and black platforms, she stole the limelight as she took to the runway for L’Oreal’s showcase.

She looked happy and healthy — a world away from when she hit rock bottom in September 2022.

Shortly after her 30th birthday, she was seen looking dishevelled and acting erratically at the Van Nuys Airport in Los Angeles.

She had reportedly spent “days not showering and not eating” as she partied at Burning Man, a music festival in Nevada’s Black Rock Desert.

The images and videos quickly went global, resulting in Cara checking into rehab after clocking she was “in a bad place.”
