However, the duo are reportedly desperate to stay together and are trying to work through their issues.

A source told The U.S. Sun, “Justin and Hailey are not separating but they have been going through a tough time.

“Divorce is not an option for them as it goes against their religious beliefs. They’re working on their marriage.”

The insider went on, “Nobody’s moved out, but occasionally they are spending time apart by staying with family and friends, but they are really keen to stay together.”

Still, there are growing signs of a disconnect between the two.

Earlier this week, fans noted that Hailey stepped out in public without her wedding ring on.

The model was said to be out for dinner with Kylie Jenner and Justine Skye at the Japanese restaurant Yazawa on Sunday, April 7.

While she did have a huge diamond ring visible on her left hand, fans argued the ring looked different from the band originally given to her by her husband of six years.

“Doesn’t she always wear her wedding ring?” one person asked on Reddit.

The two sipped champagne and indulged in fondue sweets, as they shared stories about the romantic holiday.

“What was your favorite Valentine’s memory ever?” Chelsea inquired. “Do you have one?”

The probing questions seemed to take Hailey by surprise, and she crumpled her face into a look of confusion before trying to answer.

“Ummmm….” she stalled, trying to come up with an answer, but only being able to say, “Been married for five years … can barely even think of it.”
