Price is Right fans in stitches over twerking as contestant celebrates in unique way after huge win

PRICE is Right fans could not contain their laughter when a contestant on the show twerked around the studio when he won.

One man who won The Price is Right a while back could be seen in a throwback video shared by the game show on Instagram.

The man could be seen running around the studio and pulling off racy dance moves as well as seemingly suffering a painful injury in the process.

“Is this the best Price is Right celebration?” the account asked its followers as they shared the throwback video clip from a past episode.

They then captioned the video clip, “You just *know* he planned that beforehand.”

In the video, the man who had won the game show could be seen cheering and whooping loudly while jumping up in the air.

He then screamed loudly and started to run before touching the back of his leg as though he was in a great deal of pain.

Hopping slightly, the contestant bounced around on one leg before plummeting down to the ground, landing on all fours.

The contestant then pulsated his body, thrusting his bum up and down in a twerking motion before standing back up.

As he walked away, the contestant touched the back of his leg again where he had appeared to injure himself prior to the twerking, with him almost hobbling away in the process.

‘HILARIOUS BUT PAINFUL’

Fans of the show were quick to comment on the video shared by the game show, with many in hysterics over the hilarious display.

“I love the randomness of the contestants’ reaction when they win,” penned one fan in the comment section.

“I bet producers were crying,” added a second.

“We need a name for what isn’t twerking at all but someone swears it is,” said a third, who didn’t think that the celebratory dance warranted being branded as “twerking.”

“Best!!!! And I happened to see this when it aired originally! I was so excited for him,” added a fourth.

“Hilarious poor man! Those are painful,” said a fifth.

In the clip, host Drew Carey could be seen looking overjoyed for the player, which sparked one fan to comment on the clip about how much they missed former host Bob Barker.

Bob, the much beloved former host of the show, died in his Los Angeles home on August 26, 2023, at 99.

He was at the helm of The Price is Right from 1972 to 2007.

When Bob retired, he was replaced by its current host, Drew Carey.

Bob then sadly died during his retirement on the morning due to natural causes.

When he died, his publicist, Roger Neal, confirmed the loss in a statement.

“It is with profound sadness that we announce that the World’s Greatest MC who ever lived, Bob Barker has left us,” he said.
