The two appeared on Good Morning America on Monday to promote the release, where an exclusive clip was shown.

The teaser showed Ryan, who plays Wade Wilson/Deadpool, joking to Hugh‘s character, Logan/Wolverine, about having had “several STDs” in the past.

Wade sat in a diner’s booth and rambled on as Wolverine was seen furiously rummaging behind the counter.

As Wolverine searched through the refrigerator, the clip ended with him punching the outside of the door and yelling, “F**k!”

After the moment aired, Ryan and Hugh immediately apologized to hosts Robin Roberts, 63, and George Stephanopoulos, 63.

“I’m sorry,” Hugh immediately said. “I am sorry.”

Hugh then placed one hand on his chest and the other on Ryan’s shoulder, adding an eyebrow-raised, “Wow” as he fixed the collar of his blazer.

Ryan also apologized as he joked to viewers, “This will be our final program, and we thank you for your allegiance and loyalty for all these years.”

Even Robin noted the clip’s shocking content as it aired around 8:30 am Eastern, following up with a humorous, “Good morning everyone!” to the camera.

Ryan and Hugh’s highly-anticipated action film shows the two beloved superheroes teaming up to defeat a common enemy.

TOO MUCH, TOO SOON?

The new movie released its latest trailer last month, leaving Marvel fans upset with some of the revealed spoilers.

The clip showed the return of Sabretooth, who is played by Tyler Mane, the original actor who appeared in the 2000 X-Men film.

“Another spoiler! Thank you! Keep up the great work,” one person commented on the trailer.

I don’t think there’s anything left to get surprised by in the cinema,” a second wrote.

The plot of the film was also previously leaked, revealing mutant Cassandra Nova, played by Emma Corrin, as one of the movie’s villains.

Cassandra, Charles Xavier’s twin sister, was believed to be destroyed in the womb after Charles thought she would grow up evil.

Some fans also think singer Taylor Swift could make an appearance in the new film, as Deadpool and Wolverine are seen wearing friendship bracelets in one of the promotional posters.

Swifties have notoriously become known to rock the bracelets to shows on her Eras Tour.

The rumors haven’t been confirmed, but the studio revealed there would be a Lady Deadpool — who the singer could possibly play.

The new film also stars Morena Baccarin as Vanessa and Rob Delaney as Peter.
