KIM Kardashian is reportedly livid after Kanye West featured their daughter in a song with embattled music mogul Diddy.
Kanye released the track LONELY ROADS STILL GO TO SUNSHINE on X on Saturday, featuring North West, Diddy’s son Christian “King” Combs, and what appears to be Diddy’s voice.
In the song, the disgraced music mogul thanks Kanye for his support, saying no one else has reached out to him while he remains in jail awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges.
North, 11, makes a brief but striking appearance, rapping, “When you see me shining, then you see the light,” while Christian delivers his own verse.
Legal battle erupts
Kim has now reportedly taken legal action to block the song’s release and is now “working to get the song down off of X”, a source told the Daily Mail.
Before the track dropped, Kanye posted – then deleted – screenshots of an explosive text exchange with Kim, where he allegedly threatened to “go to war” with her.
In the alleged messages, Kim appears to assert her legal control over North’s name, claiming Kanye had previously agreed to let her trademark it.
She also apparently insists she was trying to protect North, and said: “I sent paper work over so she wouldn’t be in the Diddy song To protect her.”
But Kanye seemingly refuses to back down, reportedly firing back: “Amend it or I’m going to war And neither of us will recover from the public fallout.
“You’re going to have to kill me.”

‘Whatever it takes’
Sources claim North recently recorded vocals during a rare studio visit with West, with the rapper allegedly convincing her that the song’s release would pave the way for his upcoming Sunday Service revival.
Kim reportedly responded by sending cease-and-desist demanding Kanye shelve the track.
An emergency hearing allegedly took place – without West in attendance – where he supposedly agreed to delay its release.
But now that the song is out, Kim K is doubling down.
A source told the Daily Mail that she “will do whatever it takes to protect her kids from the hateful speech that Kanye continues to spur at this time.”
The insider added: “She has requested through a judge to not allow the kids to be around that type of behaviour.”
Kanye revives Sunday Service
The controversy comes as Kanye West has launched a new version of his Sunday Service gospel choir – with a twist.
On Thursday, the rapper announced auditions for male singers in Los Angeles, opening them to children as young as five.
But those who make the cut won’t just be performing – they’ll also have to adhere to a strict appearance rule.
According to Kanye, a shaved head isn’t required for the audition but will be mandatory for anyone officially joining the choir.
