JUSTIN Bieber fans will be waiting a lot longer to get their hands on merchandise from the singer’s Skylrk fashion brand – as he’s no closer to launching the business.

Bieber, 30, filed three trademarks using SKYLRK Holdco, LLC, in 2023, as he planned to release products with his longtime pal and business partner Neima Khaila.

The trademarks cover everything from sneakers and boots to casual clothing and sunglasses, and Bieber has even been seen out wearing some of the unreleased pieces.

Filings exclusively obtained by The U.S. Sun show Bieber’s team received a notice of allowance from the United States Patent and Trademark Office in July last year.

But in November, they requested an extension to file a statement of use for each of the three trademarks which have now been granted.

Documents read, “Applicant must continue to file extension requests every six (6) months calculated from the date the Notice of Allowance was issued until a Statement of Use is filed, or the USPTO will abandon the application.

“Applicant may only request a total of five (5) extensions of time.”

FASHION BRAND

Earlier this month, highsnobiety.com revealed Bieber has been seen out in a few pairs of “unrecognizable shoes, ranging from thick slide sandals to beefy lace-up sneakers.”

The outlet confirmed the shoes were designed by Bieber for his Skylrk brand, but are not yet on sale.

A source also confirmed to Highsnobiety that a pair of chunky sunglasses that Bieber has been wearing during a recent trip to New York are also from the label.

NEW CHAPTER

Bieber added the Skylrk (stylized SKYLRK) Instagram account to his bio on the social media site, but there are still no live posts or even a profile photo months on.

Despite no promotional images, the account already has more than 65,000 followers, showing fans are keen to see when products will be available online.

But they still have a wait on their hands judging by the time extension filed.

An Instagram story shared last April by Neima showed they were still keen to launch the business.

“We been calibrating for like 3 years, they not ready bro,” he wrote.

CONCERNS FOR JUSTIN

But Justin has had his hands full being a new dad, and the delay comes as fans have been left concerned by his recent bizarre behavior and gaunt appearance amid rumors about his marriage.

Justin and wife Hailey welcomed their first child, a son called Jack Blues, in August last year.

Bieber’s rep released a statement to TMZ slamming gossip about him doing drugs.

They said that the past year has been “very transformative” for the pop star “as he ended several close friendships and business relationships that no longer served him.”

Instead, he insisted that he is supporting his wife Hailey, 28, and their son, and is focusing on his health and art.

They added that the rumors are “pitiful,” adding that “despite the obvious truth, people are committed to keeping negative, salacious, harmful narratives alive.”

One of the people Bieber appears to have distanced himself from is Ryan Good, the co-founder of the star’s streetwear brand, Drew House, which the star appears to be focusing on less.

HEALTH FEARS

He has taken the brand off his Instagram bio and fans noticed he has unfollowed Ryan Good, after they first launched the line in 2019.

The Instagram account for Drew House has not been updated since May 2024, although the clothing is still available online.

Fans on Reddit and TikTok noted that Justin is no longer promoting the brand, with one social media video entitled, “Is Drew House Coming to an End?”

The U.S. Sun has reached out to Justin and Ryan for comment but did not hear back.

Despite the lack of promotion, the brand did make headlines in January.

Liri Albag, a young Israeli hostage, was pictured wearing a Drew House sweatshirt featuring the smiley face logo when she was released by Hamas.

Ryan told the Hollywood Reporter at the time, “From the beginning, when I first scribbled the logo, the face, in my notebook, we always envisioned Drew House to be a global symbol of love and joy.

“Those photos of Liri are a genuine representation of that. Those girls, hostages, have been through hell.

“To see her free and in the arms of her family, after all she’s been through, experiencing pure love and joy, is poetically beautiful.”

The article did not quote Justin at all.

Meanwhile, fans are still concerned about Justin after his reps comments, as rapped about being high in a recent Instagram video.

On Thursday, he also shared an odd clip of him smoking as he smiled from ear-to-ear in an apparent dig at the recent criticism.
