Dylan, 43, and cameraman husband Brian, 38, purchased the two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo – which includes a pool and sauna – in 2016.

They initially tried selling up in November last year, according to property records.

The apartment was put on the market for $2,495,000, only for the listing to be taken down two weeks later.

It was restored days afterwards and was later relisted in January, at the same price.

Now, however, the property is currently listed with Kaptan Unugur at Sotheby’s International Realty.

Built in 2008, the apartment boasts 1,491 square feet with floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing views of Battery Park below.

According to the listing: “Spectacular amenities include full time doorman, porters, a sky-lit indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, state of the art fitness center, children’s playroom and a 7,000 square foot landscaped rooftop with two built-in commercial barbecue grills, a wet bar and cabanas with retractable awnings.”

Meanwhile, the building itself comes with a swimming pool, sauna, and pool table.

Dylan and Brian bought the home after selling their Upper West Side co-op, which had been listed for $862,000.

Six months after moving in, they welcomed eldest son Calvin in December 2016.

Over the years, the couple went on to have two more sons; Oliver and Rusty.

In addition, Dylan owns a home in Point Lookout, New York that she acquired in 2021.

She splashed out $2.5 million for the four-bedroom, three-bathroom property.

Dylan previously addressed on social media whether the apartment’s space worked for her family.

Taking to Instagram, she shared a snap of her boys in their bedroom in January 2022.

She penned at the time: “‘You’ll have to move’, they said. ‘Time for a bigger apartment, they said’.

“This is how you do it in NYC. I think they all fit just fine… for now.”
