ZENDAYA has had to suddenly cancel her visit to ABC’s Good Morning America, after she suffered an emergency health issue.
But the actress still took time to send an apology note to fans.
Zendaya was scheduled to stop by GMA on Monday to discuss her new film, Dune: Part 2.
However, in the middle of her world-wide publicity tour for the movie, the 27-year-old completely lost her voice.
So reluctantly, she had to postpone her appearances. But she still struggled to send a quick note of apology to her fans.
The Good Morning America Instagram page shared a quick video of the Spider-Man star, addressing her illness.
“Hello GMA. I’m so sorry that I can’t be there. I’ve come down with something and I’ve completely lost my voice,” she said through whispers. “But I hope you guys have a beautiful morning and hope you enjoy Dune: Part 2.”
Fans in the comments section were sympathetic.
“Awww. Hope she feels better soon.” one person said.
“She’s a class act,” another added. “I love her.”
A third added, “All that traveling promoting Dune finally got her.”
While one person relayed, “She deserves the rest! Get better, Zendaya!”

Zendaya has been traveling the globe promoting the sequel to the 2021 blockbuster, Dune.
She recently bared her backside in a Star Wars-inspired see-through outfit at the world premiere of the film in London.
The Greatest Showman star looked like something sent from a galaxy far, far away as she posed outside the theater in her form-fitting Star Wars-inspired ensemble.
The shining, silver suit of armor accentuated Zendaya’s slim frame, with the metal collar rising over her slender neck and featuring transparent cutouts that showed off her arms, legs, chest, and stomach underneath.
The back of the C-3P0-influenced costume included several cut-outs as well with two identical windows showing off Zendaya’s butt.
The Malcolm & Marie star looked powerful and imposing as she stared at the photographers while standing on Dune-appropriate sand with slicked-back, no-nonsense hair and a serious expression.

Zendaya was earlier photographed posing beside co-star Timothee Chalomet, 28, Paris premiere.
The two were photographed joking around in Paris amid rumors that the Wonka actor has split from Kylie Jenner, 26.
Zendaya – who is in a long-term relationship with actor Tom Holland – wore a gold two-piece that exposed her slim midriff.
The outfit comprised of a hooded crop top and a maxi skirt.
Her brunette locks were gelled back and she accessorized with huge gold earrings.
Timothee donned a black suit with a silver metal shirt underneath which looked like a suit of armor.
He completed the look with a pair of black shades over his eyes.
The pair were pictured laughing with their arms around each other.
Photos of the pair were circulated on an online thread, where fans claimed Kylie must be feeling “jealous.”
“Kylie seething over these pics,” one wrote, and another added, “She is so jealous she’s on the phone to Kris now setting up her next PR romance.”
The affectionate interaction came amid ongoing speculation that he and Kylie have secretly called it quits.
The makeup mogul has been dating Timothee since April 2023, but their relationship might be hitting the rocks.
