TJ Holmes’ daughter Sabine took over his social media on Sunday during a fun Super Bowl party.

In a clip she shared to his TikTok, the former Good Morning America host could be seen indulging in two drinks while chatting to girlfriend Amy Robach.

TJ Holmes was caught with two drinks in a new video filmed by his daughter, Sabine

“Let me show you what’s happening,” Sabine said, running into her kitchen.

She showed a video of a laptop playing Married at First Sight and Love Reality and said she was “kind of judging them.”

TJ and Amy were standing at the kitchen counter watching the reality shows and drinking.

They were deep in discussion about the show as Sabine, 11, filmed them.

Amy, 51, had an Aperol Spritz in her hand and TJ was drinking a Miller Lite.

He put his can down next to his half-drank Aperol Spritz.

A bunch of bottles of liquor were lined up against the wall.

The couple continued to discuss the show and their life before Sabine ended the video.”SuperBowlSundayFunday “BabySabineTakeover #SB58,” the video was captioned.

TJ’S TRUTH

TJ and Amy celebrated Super Bowl Sunday with a few drinks after participating in Dry January.

On an episode of his podcast, TJ admitted that he could go through 18 drinks a day.

He and Amy talked about how they were coping and then opened up about their drinking habits.

About halfway through the episode, the couple talked about how much alcohol drank in a week is considered heavy drinking.

Amy said that she would drink about 15 to 20 drinks in a week, averaging two to three drinks in a day.

She said that she drinks beer, wine, margaritas, and loves Aperol Spirtz.

TJ told her that eight or more drinks per week for women is considered “heavy drinking,” so Amy “certainly falls into the category.”

However, TJ’s admission was even more shocking.

18 DRINKS IN A DAY

“I, personally, can go through 18 drinks a day,” TJ told his girlfriend.

Amy asked TJ to explain exactly how he can do that.

He said that he and Amy run in the mornings and when he comes home from a run he has two drinks.

If their route ends at a bar, he may have more.

Amy said when they worked on GMA, before they were fired they would run in the afternoon and then go for a beer.

“I put two beers in the freezer, let them get a little cold, and then we’ll have a beer,” TJ told her.

“Here we are, at 10 in the morning, I am two drinks in.”

TJ then said that if he and Amy go out to lunch, they have a two-drink minimum.

“Now, if we’re not out and about for the day, running errands or doing something, and we’re just inside, I can easily have a drink in my hand from two in the afternoon until seven, eight, nine, 10 o’clock at night.”

“So, you do those numbers and you have a drink an hour for another eight hours you could argue,” he went on.

“That’s another eight hours of having a drink in my hand, plus the four I’ve already had during the day.”

However, TJ said that the drinks that make it home are getting turned into margaritas, so it’s not actually 18 drinks.

He adds the liquor that he has been drinking into the margaritas.
