TJ Holmes’ daughter Sabine has made a rare appearance on his podcast following his affair with his former GMA3 co-host, Amy Robach.

The couple’s relationship was outed in November 2022, and they were fired from their co-hosting gigs on GMA3 shortly after.

Amy, 51, & TJ, 46, have since launched a podcast, Amy & TJ, where they open up about their personal lives and relationship hurdles and speak with various guests.

On Tuesday’s episode, listeners were surprised to hear that TJ’s rarely-seen 11-year-old daughter, Sabine, was present for the recording.

The preteen didn’t speak into the mic, but she interacted with the hosts, who made it known she was in the room numerous times.

Sabine has been spending a lot of time with her dad lately.

TROLLING DAD

Last week, she took over his social media during a Super Bowl party and trolled her father and his girlfriend.

“Let me show you what’s happening,” Sabine said in a TikTok video as she ran into the kitchen.

She then showed a video of a laptop playing Married at First Sight and Love Reality and said she was “kind of judging them.”

Amy & TJ were standing at the kitchen counter watching the reality shows and drinking alcohol, which they had recently started again after completing Dry January.

They were deep in a discussion about the show as Sabine filmed them.

TJ shares Sabine with his ex-wife, Marilee Fiebig, 46.

He’s been very public with his relationship with Amy since they were outed by the Daily Mail for their affair.

At the time, TJ was still married to Marilee and Amy to her now ex-husband, Melrose Place actor Andrew Shue, 57.

Their secret romance became a massive conflict in the workplace as ABC executives forced them to take a hiatus from Good Morning America before firing them in January 2023.

NO REGRETS

Despite this, TJ admitted on a recent episode of their podcast that he wouldn’t change how things played out.

In response to a listener’s question asking what TJ would tell his 22-year-old self, the former news anchor said, “I would not be sitting here with you, the love of my life if 22-year-old TJ took my advice and did anything different.”

“You gotta go on that path and that journey. You don’t know where you’re going to end up.”

He then shared that his only regret was not continuing to play football after junior high school.

Marilee and TJ separated in August 2022 and settled their divorce in October 2023.
