WHOOPI Goldberg has snapped at The View’s producer after an awkward conversation on Valentine’s Day.

The View’s panelists had a discussion about Valentine’s Day on the holiday on Wednesday.‘This is what you get for forcing me into this!’ Whoopi Goldberg snaps at The View producer after uncomfortable exchange, , sent in by writer ‘This is what you get for forcing me into this!’ Whoopi Goldberg snaps at The View producer after uncomfortable exchange, , sent in by writer

One of the hot topics was about how to have better sex, especially with your Valentine on that special day.

Joy Behar suggested delaying any big meals and what could be done instead, insisting that there should be “no eating” if a couple planned to make love.

“You can go the Whoopi Goldberg route, we all know what that is and get yourself in the mood – not a drink, but some other opioid,” Joy, 81, said, while Whoopi, 68, immediately looked taken aback.

The entire table erupted in laughter as Sara Haines corrected Joy by saying she meant some sort of “enhancement” instead of an opioid.

“No no, some other enhancement,” Sunny Hostin also corrected as she tried to steer the conversation back on course.

“This is what you get by forcing me into this,” Whoopi angrily exclaimed, looking over at executive producer Brian Teta, 47.

He shook his head vigorously while covering his face in what seemed to be embarrassment.

Whoopi, still seemingly indignant from Joy’s prior comment, tried to get the show to move forward after that.It seemed the panelists were caught up on what Whoopi did instead of drinking, which the others had pointed out as something couples often do together.

WHOOPI GONE-BERG

Previously, Whoopi hinted that she could be taking a hiatus from The View.

The hosts had discussed doing a dance routine for Jennifer “JLo” Lopez’s return to the show before her tour.

Executive producer Brian encouraged them to “start rehearsing now.”

Alyssa Farah Griffin and Sunny were open to choreographing a number, but Ana Navarro bluntly declined.

“I’m going to her concert. I’m not dancing,” she stated.

Sunny, 55, and Sara, 46, then expressed interest in attending JLo’s concert with Ana, 52.

When Brian asked if Whoopi was in, she declined with a quick, blunt reminder.

“I’m not here. Remember, I’m working,” she said.

While some hosts were eager to dance for JLo, Whoopi made it clear she wouldn’t participate, opting to work instead of attending the pop star’s concert.

She didn’t clarify what she would be working on outside of her normal work on The View.

MAJOR MOVES

Whoopi’s concert decline means she can have time to work on other projects, like her upcoming memoir.

Her book Bits and Pieces: My Mother, My Brother, and Me is coming out May 2024.

The book will chronicle her life, career, and family in her own words, though it’s only semi-autobiographical.

As she told People, “This book is dedicated to my mother and brother and our time as a funny little unit.

“It’s for anyone on a scary path or dealing with loss, just trying to figure things out and be more than they thought possible.”

Whoopi will tell stories of her late mother, Emma Harris, and brother Clyde K. Johnson, preserving memories of her loved ones.

The book allows the star to memorialize her tight-knit family and early days growing up in New York City’s Chelsea neighborhood.

Joy Behar misspoke and mentioned Whoopi liked to use 'opioids' and the table scrambled to correct her
