She explained to her followers about the compulsive thoughts she had over the spillSara Haines has shared a wardrobe malfunction with her followers that she didn't let ruin her day

Sara, 46, posted a video to her Instagram on Monday.

In it, she wore a long-sleeve, white button-down blouse and had her hair and make-up done for the day.

“I don’t know who needs to hear this,” The View host said from her dressing room. “But, I do.”

“This morning, it’s a Monday morning. I’m drinking my cup of coffee. I go to take my first drink and it spills down the front of me.”

Sara said she made a video about this because, for many years of her life, that thought would dominate her day.

“I have a compulsive tendency when it comes to stains or anything on my clothes,” she said.

“I give a lot of time invested in this moment for something that I didn’t choose.”

“I am not letting this spilled coffee take my day,” Sara went on.

Sara said that she had a meeting and still didn’t let the coffee win.

She repeated that she didn’t let something that happens to everyone take her day.

“Not today, spilled coffee,” the host captioned the video.

FANS PRAISE HER

Sara’s followers praised her for not letting the intrusive thoughts win.

“Well done!! It’s not easy to get past those hiccups and you are trying,” one fan said.

“Sara you’re so amazing!! That’s it ‘Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff’,” said another.

“Once again thank you.
You have a way of helping me understand how to navigate my life,” a third added.

“Yes! You tell that coffee, it’s just another,” praised a follower.

“That is not easy to do. Good for you,” wrote one last fan.

OH BOY, JOY!

This isn’t the first time Sara has experienced a mishap with her outfit.

In June, her co-host, Joy Behar, called out her wardrobe malfunction on live TV.

The moment occurred during The View’s “Co-Hosts Favorite Things” segment.

Joy, 81, talked about travel belts, personalized travel wraps, and a banned-book puzzle.

She appeared to have a difficult time getting through her products, even admitting, “I was never good at this.”

After tossing away her final cue card in relief, it was Sara’s turn to present her items.

She reminded Joy, “What she means to say is, ‘Now it’s your turn, Sara.”

Joy, still exasperated from her turn, clapped back, “And now I throw the baton over to Miss Sara Haines.”

“Who had her dress on backward this morning.”

As their co-hosts and audience laughed, Sara confessed, “It’s an occupational hazard. It happens,” before proceeding with her products.

Sara told her followers that she even had the stain on her shirt when she attended a meeting, but didn't let it take her day
