Expect Brittany Matthews to keep the celebrations rolling well into the Miami morning.
After the Chiefs topped the 49ers, 31-20, for Kansas City’s first Super Bowl victory in 50 years, Patrick Mahomes’ longtime girlfriend took to Instagram to congratulate the game’s MVP.
“We fought for our right to PAAAARTYYYY🎉🎉🎉 #chiefskingdom,” Matthews captioned the snap as she embraced Mahomes on the field.
Matthews has been documenting the Chiefs’ late-game theatrics all season long, including Sunday’s fourth-quarter comeback as she went wild with Chiefs Kingdom in her Hard Rock Stadium suite.
Mahomes finished the night completing 26 of 41 attempts for 286 yards with two touchdowns and two interceptions.
With the Super Bowl MVP set to visit Disney World on Monday, it’s likely Matthews will be sharing snippets from the Happiest Place on Earth with her online followers.
