GOOD Morning America host Michael Strahan has finally returned to the morning show.

The former NFL star was off while his daughter, Isabella, was going through her first week of chemo.Michael Strahan returned to Good Morning America on Tuesday, after over a week off

Michael, 52, sat next to his regular GMA co-hosts, Robin Roberts and George Stephanopoulos, on Tuesday.

He was absent for over one week.

But, his daughter, Isabella, 19, posted about her chemo journey, which Michael was by her side for.

Rebecca Jarvis filled in for Michael on Monday.

He is typically absent on Mondays due to being an analyst for Fox NFL Sunday.

However, the Super Bowl took place on Sunday, marking the official end of football season until the summer.

Now, Michael is back at the desk and may be there more.

He was last on GMA on February 2.

During his absence, RebeccaGio Benitez, Linsey Davis, and DeMarco Morgan filled in for Michael while he was gone.

BATTLE CONTINUES

Last week, Isabella revealed that she started chemotherapy.

She announced in January that she was diagnosed with a brain tumor in October and had to undergo surgery.

Isabella shared a new vlog from her hospital visit, which featured her mom, Jean, and her dad’s girlfriend, Kayla Quick, at her side.

Since announcing her diagnosis, Michael’s daughter has been keeping her followers updated on her YouTube channel.

She posted a new video from the Duke University Hospital Cancer Center in North Carolina.

“So I’m getting my port placed today, which is a device that goes on your chest for administering chemo [and] getting my blood drawn,” Isabella revealed from her hospital bed.

“All that fun stuff,” she said sarcastically.

“I’m not excited.”

Michael wasn’t in that video, but she had multiple loved ones by her side, whom she gave a shout out to.

ISABELLA’S PAIN

It was then time for Isabella to get an IV.

She looked away while breathing heavily as the doctor stuck her in the arm with a needle.

Isabella screamed out in pain and continued to grimace as the medical professional finished hooking up the saline to the IV.

“That’s a large needle,” the model said as the doctor showed off the piece of equipment he’d stuck her with.

In caption over the video, Isabella admitted she was “glad that’s over.”

Afterward, the 19-year-old played cards as she waited around for the final procedures of her “busy day,” which included a kidney test, an EKG, a blood draw, and an MRI.

Afterward, Isabella enjoyed her favorite meal at Waffle House with her family, including her twin sister, Sophia.

Last week, she revealed she was preparing for the start of her chemotherapy by spending extra time with her family and friends.

“Since finishing radiation, I’ve been focusing on staying strong and healthy,” Michael’s daughter added in a vlog.

She included clips of herself on a beach vacation with her family, enjoying a karaoke session, and riding horses.
