On Wednesday, Kelly, 52, and Mark Consuelos talked about a lot of topics at the top of the show.

Before going to the first commercial break, Kelly stopped and gave the shout out.

“We’ve got a huge show today, but before we get to the show, I just want to do a personal shout out from all of us at Live to our dear friend, Albert Bianchini,” she said.

“If you listen to my podcast, you know his voice well.”

Kelly said that Albert’s father, Ron, died on Tuesday night after battling a long illness.

“If you knew Ron Bianchini, you were the luckiest person on earth,” she continued.

“And we just wish the entire Bianchini family lots of love and support.”

Kelly said Albert told her that Ron waited to pass away until all of his children and grandchildren were in the room with him.

“We are so grateful that he had that moment with everyone,” she said.

“He live a great life,” Mark, 52, said. “A life well lived.”

REMEMBERING RON

Albert, 50, told his Instagram followers about his dad’s passing.

“I felt this close to my Dad every day of our 50+ years together,” he wrote.

Albert shared a photo of him as a child, hugging his father.

“And for him to have me, Ronald, Peter, Christine and his wife Elaine with him today when he passed, all telling him we loved him, will be a defining moment in all of our lives.”

“If there’s one thing I know about those family members who have passed before him … the welcome party in heaven is of epic proportions!” he ended.

Kelly commented on her friend’s post and remembered Ron.

“Ron is taking charge up there! What a loving send off you all gave him. RIP Ron, until we meet again, I’ll bring the ice cream cake,” she commented.
