KELLY Clarkson has welcomed singing royalty to her show.

Now fans are calling for the two to team up on a song together.

Kelly welcomed Sir Rod Stewart to her show.

The 79-year-old, along with pianist and band leader Jools Holland, is promoting his upcoming new album, Swing Fever.

That will be available February 23rd. But until then, Rod is working his way through the talk show circuit.

On Thursday, he dropped by The Kelly Clarkson Show for a chat, and fans instantly noticed the chemistry between the two Grammy winners

Kelly and Rod stood next to each other on set for some publicity photos, each smiling and seeming to have a good time.

The show detailed in the caption, “Bringing the JOY today on Kelly with @sirrodstewart, @jools.holland.official and Camila Mendes. PLUS we’re taste testing some snacks for the big game and meet an inspiring high schooler teaching English to refugees!”

In the comments section, fans were overjoyed by the pairing.

“Rod and Kelly!!! Tell me you guys sang Some Guys Have All The Luck!” One person begged.

Another noted, “Wonderful interview with Rod Stewart! Musicians interviewing musicians is awesome.”

CRUSHING IT

Kelly has been showing great chemistry with her recent guests. And some fans are wondering if there could be something more stirring.

On Friday’s show, fans noticed Kelly could not stop giggling during her interview with hunky actor Charles Melton, 33.

The hostess leaned closer as the two seemed to be enjoying their conversation after the roast beef sandwich from Arby’s.

She laughed when the May December star recalled how he was fired from the fast food joint.

And she even ended the interview by confessing, “I love you so much.”

When the brief clip resurfaced on Instagram, in the comments section, audiences assumed Kelly had chemistry with her guest.

“Kelly is obviously hot for him,” one fan theorized.

“I totally felt Kelly’s…’I love you!’ Lots of laughs,” another fan mentioned.

“Charles Melton is so beautiful. Of course, she’s crushing on him,” a third person wrote.

ON THE MARKET

Kelly is apparently ready to date again after her messy divorce from Brandon Blackstock, The U.S. Sun has been told.

The Grammy award-winner has been very open about how hard she has found it to move on since splitting from her now ex-husband, Brandon.

But although she has not found love since then, an insider with close ties to The Kelly Clarkson Show says that may soon change.

“Kelly is just at the end of the process of rebuilding her life after her divorce, which was more complicated and drawn out than anybody expected because Brandon was so tied into the music side of Kelly’s business,” the insider shared.

“She now has room in her life for somebody new but she really only has one route to meet that person, and that’s via getting set up, which she says she is open to if the matchmaker is somebody she trusts.

“The problem continues to be that Kelly is very tightly scheduled and lives in a bubble between her mom duties at home and her talk show’s taping schedule.”

“She’ll be much more available for dating and romance in June when her show goes on break and she has the summer to herself,” the source added

One-time American Idol winner Kelly, who has been hosting hit talk show The Kelly Clarkson Show for almost five years, married Brandon in 2013.

She filed for divorce from the son of her former manager Narvel Blackstock and stepson of country music legend Reba McEntire in 2020, citing irreconcilable differences.
