KANYE West will fight ex-wife Kim Kardashian “all the way” in court if she files for sole custody of their four children, The U.S. Sun has learned.

Kanye, 47, went on yet another X rant over the weekend and blasted his former spouse.

He was furious Kim, 44, had full control over the trademark for daughter North West’s name as she tried to block him from using their daughter in a song with Sean “Diddy” Combs.

Kanye released the track LONELY ROADS STILL GO TO SUNSHINE on X on Saturday, featuring North, Diddy’s son Christian “King” Combs, and Diddy’s voice.

North raps on the song, “When you see me shining, then you see the light.”

Before the song went live, Kanye posted and deleted texts with Kim on X in which he allegedly threatened to “go to war” with her for trying to block the track.

Diddy is currently behind bars in New York awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges.

Kanye agreed in a mediation Friday not to release a previously recorded song, according to TMZ, with Kim’s lawyer present.

But he then ignored her plea and posted it to X.

Kanye and Kim have shared custody of their four children; North, 11, Saint, nine, Chicago, seven, and Psalm, five.A source told The U.S. Sun, “Kanye will fight Kim all the way, he and North are very close and she loves him.

“He would never want to lose custody of the kids.

“The fear is Kim may go for full custody, even though she’s been very keen to keep things cordial in recent years, a lot has changed recently and she has to protect them.

“If he does go nuclear with Kim, I don’t think he’ll ever come back from that.”

The U.S. Sun has reached out to both Kanye and Kim’s reps for comment.

CUSTODY DEAL

Kim and Kanye’s divorce was finalized in November 2022 after Kim filed in February 2021 after seven years of marriage.

Kanye agreed to pay Kim $200,000 a month in child support, as well as half of the kids’ educational and security costs, but has frequently complained about where they go to school.

They waived spousal support and participated in mediation to settle any co-parenting disputes.

Although they agreed on joint custody, Kanye has rarely been seen with the children in recent months as he spent time in Japan.

KANYE’S RANT

During the X tirade, Kanye took more shots against Kim and her family.

He wrote, “I don’t want to just ‘see my kids. I need to raise them. I need to have say so of where they go to school and who their friends are and whose houses they sleep over whether my daughters wear lipstick and perfume.

“All these rights have been taken from me by the Kardashian mob, Hulu and Disney and the biggest agenda to use the selectively bred black children to be platforms to influence black people.

“Just seeing my kids is like visitation it’s like I’m in prison ‘seeing’ my kids I don’t care if I live or die or if I’m in jail or free and I especially don’t care about whatever these p***y a** celebrities got to say that are slaves to the Jews.”

A friend also said those close to him have tried to advise him recently but he doesn’t listen to anyone amid another public meltdown that began after the Grammys in February.

He faced a backlash after ordering his wife Bianca Censori to go almost naked in a see-through dress on the red carpet.

Days later he promoted a swasitka t-shirt on his Yeezy website and declared he is “Nazi” as he praised Adolf Hitler.

The insider said, “Bianca’s doing the best she can. Everybody’s doing the best they can to help him. But people kind of egg him on or tell him it’s okay.

“If you say no to him, he finds somebody else.

“In terms of his mental health, I’ve always thought the car accident years ago has a lot to answer for.”

Kanye survived a horrific car crash on October 23, 2002, at around 3 am after falling asleep at the wheel.

He is not believed to have suffered any brain injury but had nasal fractures and a broken jaw that was shattered into three pieces.

He received surgery on his jaw that had to be wired shut for six weeks.

Kanye previously revealed he has bipolar disorder but he recently told podcast host Justin Laboy he thinks he was misdiagnosed and has come off medication.

He said his wife Bianca told him he may have Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder [ADHD].

Over the past year, reports claim he has been inhaling nitrous gas at dentist visits and recently relapsed, something he has not denied.

The U.S. Sun’s source said this has “exacerbated his issues.”

The friend admitted, “We don’t know what condition he has but I’m positive it’s gotten worse in recent years.

“He’s basically feral. It’s like caring for a wounded animal but they keep running away.

“He doesn’t have the boundaries of regular people. There’s nothing to stop him. And he still has millions in the bank.

“He’s an absolutist when it comes to his freedom to experiment creatively or talk about certain subjects that are forbidden.

“He’s unaware of how many people he’s affecting, it’s like he doesn’t understand.”
