JOY-ANNA Duggar and her husband, Austin Forsyth, have offloaded their Fayetteville, Arkansas house for $381,000.
Joy-Anna, 27, Austin, 31, and their three young children have been living in California temporarily for his work.
The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal the couple has broken ties with Arkansas officially, as they have sold their marital home.
In real estate records obtained by The U.S. Sun, Joy-Anna and Austin sold the property on March 18 for $381,000.
The price is over asking, as Joy and Austin listed the home for $369,000 on August 9, 2024.
The home was temporarily taken off the market and listed for the same price on November 18, 2024.
The 1,737 square-foot home boasts three bedrooms and three bathrooms, and sits on .96 acres of land.
A real estate listing for the “charming” home reads, “The sprawling front yard opens directly onto Kessler Mountain Regional Park, placing walking and biking trails right at your doorstep.
“This home, brimming with character, has been thoughtfully remodeled and updated to maintain its charm while providing modern comforts.
“The expansive porch is perfect for entertaining guests or simply unwinding as you enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings.”The home features hardwood floors throughout and an open floor plan.
The kitchen has white cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and an island.
The living room has a stone fireplace and plenty of windows for natural light.
Joy-Anna’s dad Jim Bob bought their home for $30,000 in December 2010.
He sold it to the couple in September 2019 for only $10 and they moved in that December.

NEW MOVE
Joy-Anna revealed to her Instagram followers in September 2024 that the family is moving.
She captioned a photo with her husband and their children Gideon, Evelyn and Gunner, “WE ARE MOVING! This is our LAST family picture in our home of almost 5 years!
“We’re a sweaty mess after moving but this picture starts a new adventure! We are so so excited to see what the next few years hold.”
The family has since relocated to California, where her pregnant sister Jinger lives with her husband Jeremy Vuolo and their two daughters, for Austin’s work.
They have not confirmed if they plan to move there full time.
FAILED BUSINESS
The real estate transaction comes after The U.S. Sun reported the Counting On stars sold a 11-acre lot for about $165,000 in November 2023.
The married couple originally bought the estate for about $159,500 in 2022.
Joy and Austin initially planned to turn the property into an RV park.
In January 2023, KNWA reported Austin – who buys, renovates, and sells homes for a living – spoke at a town meeting to request to change the area zoned for agriculture to comply with zoning for an RV park.
Joy-Anna’s husband explained that the campground for RVs would be a “great experience for campers and the community of Elkins.”
But the planning commission denied their rezoning request.
The failed career venture came after the family’s long-running series, Counting On, was canceled in June 2021.
The series was canceled after Jim Bob and Michelle’s oldest son, Josh, was arrested on child pornography charges.
Josh was found guilty and sentenced to 151 months in FCI Seagoville in Texas.
Joy revealed in a recent Instagram Q&A that she would never return to reality television.
NEW REALITY
Joy-Anna’s husband buys, renovates and sells homes for a living.
As for Joy-Anna, she promotes products on social media and has a family YouTube page.
Joy-Anna’s salary was revealed in court documents from when the Duggar sisters sued the City of Springdale, police department employees and others for invasion of privacy after the release of their oldest brother Josh’s 2006 molestation police report caused the women “emotional distress.”
In Joy-Anna’s deposition from the case, which was dismissed, taken on August 30, 2021, she was asked if she suffered “monetary injuries” from the disclosures.
Joy-Anna said, “I do advertising online and I have lost multiple deals because of it, being a majority of them, actually.”
“I have companies – either I reach out to companies – or they reach out to me and – to promote different products.
“Could be beauty, could be, you know, baby stuff, home supplies, electronics, pretty much anything. I normally take pictures and post them with, like, links for people to – to use to get, you know, a discount.”
Joy said she also receives income from her YouTube channel.
She revealed she made $40,000 in 2020.
