JENNIFER Hudson has looked lovely in leather while dining out in Los Angeles.
The former American Idol finalist flaunted her incredible weight loss, after finally admitting to gaining a new boyfriend.
Jennifer looked solo when she was spotted at a private party at Catch Steakhouse in Los Angeles.
The 42-year-old dressed in a black, all-leather outfit.
She started with a tight black leather jumpsuit.
She accessorized with some knee-high black leather boots and a matching full-length black leather coat.
Even her eyeglasses were black – though definitely not leather.
The EGOT winner has been showing off the results of her incredible weight loss.
LOSING IT
In 2008, Jennifer weighed over 200 pounds; That was when she decided it was time to make a change.
So she joined Weight Watchers and started walking. Eventually, she lost a whopping 80 pounds.
While she has dropped some weight, she has also packed on a new love.
Last month, she finally went public on her relationship with rapper Common.
The pair first sparked dating rumors in 2022, when they were seen together in both Philadelphia and Chicago, where the stars are both from.
At the time, Jennifer touched on the rumors to Entertainment Tonight saying, “People create their narratives of it and it’s like, OK, you know, how you feel.
“We shot a film together and he played my husband. We gotta eat in between those moments.”
COMMON THREADS
In June 2023, Common joined the Today Show and when Al Roker asked the rapper about his rumored relationship with Jennifer Hudson, he didn’t confirm or deny the rumors.
“I’ll say, speaking of Chicago, she’s a Chicagoan, this amazing human being — I’ve always been inspired by her,” Common said.
“She’s one of the most beautiful people I ever met on the planet. Incredible heart, and she’s just dope, man.”
While Jennifer previously shut down rumors, speaking with TMZ in August 2023, the Dream Girls actress said, “Rumors say a lot of things.
“But he’s a beautiful man, I will give you that. That’s for certain.”
In November, Jennifer joined Gayle King on CBS Mornings, telling the anchor that she was “very happy” in a relationship, however, she didn’t name her partner.
Nate Burleson asked Jennifer, “So you’re booed up?” To which she replied, “Booed up? I think it’s more sophisticated than booed up.”
