JAIME King has been forced to move out of her $10k-a-month Los Angeles rental home after ‘struggling’ with money and losing custody of her kids.

The actresses’ personal items can be seen being moved out of the home and left on the curb for pickup as she downsizes to a cheaper living space, photos obtained exclusively by The U.S. Sun reveal. Headshot of Jamie King wearing a red hoodie.

Jaime, 45, had been renting a $10,000-a-month home in the Hollywood Hills since April of 2023.

She snagged the four-bedroom, three-bathroom rental after selling her Beverly Hills home – which she had owned for years – in 2022 for $2m following her divorce from ex-husband Kyle Newman.

The U.S. Sun can confirm that the Hart of Dixie star moved out of the home earlier this month and the final items of hers are still being removed from the property.

Real estate records show that after a week of being on the market, Jaime’s former rental had been swooped up by new tenants for $11,900-per-month.

Photos show various personal items, such as a wooden daybed, mini trampoline and bulky pieces of furniture, were put out on the sidewalk for trash pickup.

According to a source close to the fashion model, Jaime was forced to “downsize” and “had to find somewhere cheaper.”

“She has been struggling with her finances for years now after some failed film ventures but the custody fight and having to fight all the accusations made against her in court drained her bank accounts.

“She moved into a smaller space just this month,” they claimed. Photo of Jaime King's former Los Angeles residence.

The insider alleged that Jaime’s world is “shattered” after losing custody of sons James Knight, 11, and Leo Thames, 9, in a nasty court battle with her ex Kyle.

“Now that the world knows, it’s made everything that much harder. It causes a wedge in personal and work relationships.

“She is taking it very hard to say the least. She has had demons she’s been battling for decades but her recent troubles have been exasperated by her family troubles, her career struggling and financial stress.

“And I’m sure things others don’t even know about, she can be very private about what she’s going through,” the source claimed.

Earlier this week, a Los Angeles County judge ruled that her ex-husband Kyle, 49, was awarded full sole physical custody of their two sons.

Though they share joint legal custody, the indie filmmaker has tie-breaker authority over Jaime.

Making communication even more limited, a judge has ruled that Jaime is only allowed to spend four hours a week with the kids – and all time spent with her sons must be supervised.

Jaime is permitted to spend two hours with them on Tuesday’s from 4:30-6:30pm as well as Thursdays from 3:15-5:15pm.

The TV star is also allowed to to spend four hours with the children every other Sunday. Jaime King with two children holding Funko Pop! figures.

She is permitted to FaceTime the kids on non-visitation days however, the calls are not able to exceed 20 mins.

Jaime is also only able to make video calls between 5:00-6:30pm – and is not allowed to call on Monday’s or Saturday’s whatsoever.

The court ruling came after Jaime failed to complete a series of programs she was court-ordered to partake in when the couple first filed for divorce in 2020.

According to court papers, Jaime failed to complete a 6 month drug/alcohol program that includes weekly drug testing.

She also did not complete an ordered 12-step program, 26-week parenting program, individual counseling or conjoint counseling with the kids’ therapist.

After the ruling this week, Jaime is expected to complete the programs as well as participate in weekly drug testing.

A source alleged to The U.S. Sun that Jaime is “devastated and embarrassed” by the ruling – and her loved ones are hoping this is the “tough wakeup call” she needed to seek help.
