Hoda Kotb has tested positive for a breakthrough case of COVID-19.

“Today” show co-anchor Craig Melvin announced the news on air Thursday morning and said Kotb, who is fully vaccinated and boosted, is isolating at home and feeling well.

Following Melvin’s announcement, Kotb, 57, thanked her fans for their support.

“Thx for well wishes!  Feeling good.. ❤️ cant wait to see you all when I am in the clear! Xo,” the mom of two tweeted.

Kotb’s diagnosis comes after she was expected to attend Savannah Guthrie’s 50th birthday bash over the weekend, but a rep for “Today” told Page Six that she didn’t end up going to the party.

Page Six exclusively reported that Guthrie’s husband, Michael Feldman, 53, was throwing her the party at the Mirbeau Inn and Spa in Rhinebeck, NY, despite the rise of COVID-19 cases in the state. Feldman rented out the entire property to ensure there would be fewer people around than the 60 invitees.

“Her entire family has been with her for over the holidays, which is one of the main reasons they are doing it at this time,” an insider told Page Six, adding that Feldman & Co. were “strictly adhering to CDC guidance and the recommendations of their own medical advisers.

“All guests and staff are required to be fully vaccinated and boosted, and everyone — including the hotel staff — will be tested by a service before they can even enter the hotel.”

We’re told Guthrie had no involvement in the planning of the soiree.

The NBC News fixture shared on Instagram that she spent her actual birthday, Dec. 27, “luxuriated in a hot bath and an awesome face mask” and listened to her favorite songs for the milestone age.
