MICHAEL Strahan and Robin Roberts have both taken Friday off from Good Morning America.

While the former NFL star has been missing all week, Robin has been in and out of the studio.

On Friday, it was revealed when GMA began that only a third of the usual anchor line-up – George Stephanopoulos – was there for the broadcast.

Michael has been out from the show all week as his daughter, Isabella, begins chemo treatment after revealing last month she’s battling a brain tumor.

Robin has been on and off the show this week as she was out on Monday but returned for the next few days before again taking a day off on Friday.

With both Robin and Michael out, the show brought in a couple of replacement hosts to fill in.

Weekend GMA anchor Gio Benitez took over for Michael, while correspondent Rebecca Jarvis sat in for Robin.

Rebecca only just returned from maternity leave earlier this week.

The host had her son in November via surrogate and sat down on Tuesday with Robin, George, and Linsey Davis to receive a warm welcome back to the show.

“We are back now with the big battle on Super Bowl Sunday commercials,” Robin said after a mid-show break.”And to break it all down, fresh off maternity leave, our chief business correspondent, Rebecca Jarvis, everybody.”

Rebecca gave Robin an “awww” and said it was so good to be back.

“I missed you guys,” she said. “Had to come back for this one too.”

After dishing on the Super Bowl commercials, she shared baby pictures of her son, whom she shares with her husband, Matt Hanson.

As a series of fill-in hosts take over GMA this week, Michael has been spending time with his family in North Carolina.

Isabella, 19, is currently undergoing treatment at the Duke University Hospital Cancer Center.

While in the area, Michael attended a basketball game between the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and the Duke Blue Devils on Wednesday.

He sat courtside with his girlfriend, Kayla, and his daughter and Isabella’s twin, Sophia.
