GENERAL Hospital fans have shown excitement over an upcoming storyline after admitting to skipping previous episodes.

The ABC soap shared a trailer for this week’s new episodes, showing a custody battle between sisters Molly Lansing, played by Haley Pullos, and Kristina Davis, played by Kate Mansi.General Hospital's Kristina Davis, played by Kate Mansi, reacts to her sister telling her to sign custody papers in a new episode

The teaser, shared on General Hospital’s official Instagram page, first informed fans that new episodes would show an “all out war.”

“Agent Cates finds himself at odds with almost everyone. Plus, Sonny asks Michael for help and Molly demands Kristina sign away her parental rights. Don’t miss it!” the soap wrote in the caption.

In the preview, Molly was heard yelling at her sister to “Sign the damn papers,” pertaining to Kristina’s unborn child.

Kristina was then seen looking shocked and furious in response.

The clip had fans wondering if Kristina, who is far along in her pregnancy, would give up her baby after the birth.

The intense custody battle comes as some fans have admitted skipping over last week’s episodes, which they found “boring.”

“I cannot stand Agent Cates [eyeroll] and there he goes hooking up wit Ava , we need this week to be exciting last week was boring,” one person wrote.

“Thought it was just me that thought last week was boring,” a second agreed.”Oh good cause I thought it was me also , especially Friday where there’s always excitement bf the weekend, and I was fast forwarding lol,” a third chimed in.

Others debated the upcoming battle between Kristina and Molly and what they believed the characters would do.

“I believe Kristina is gonna keep that baby. She ain’t signing nothing, Molly,” one person wrote.

“She’s definitely keeping that baby,” a second wrote, while a third believed, “She won’t keep that baby. She can’t Even take care of a plant.”

“This paperwork should’ve already been done. But we all saw this coming months ago,” wrote another.

BACK FOR MORE?

As the drama is heating up on General Hospital, some viewers are wondering if one beloved character will soon make her return.

After the series shared a trailer for Friday’s episode last week, some fans pined for Lulu Spencer to return after her 2020 departure.

The clip showed Lulu’s ex, Dante Falconeri, telling his former mother-in-law, “By coming to see her, I’m doing more harm than good.”

The moment had some people wondering if the two had visited Lulu.

“Bring Lulu back!!” one person wrote, while a second said, “Bring Lulu back and let Dante go back to her.”

“I hope Lulu comes back!!” another said.

Shortly before, it was revealed that Lulu’s brother, Lucky Spencer, would return to General Hospital this summer after leaving in 2015.

Along with Lucky, the soap opera has also made several other recent casting announcements.

Scarlett Fernandez will soon return as Charlotte Cassadine, Charles Mesure will return as John Brennan, and Hudson West returned last week as Jake Webber.

The new casting comes as longtime General Hospital actor Michael Easton revealed he was leaving the series last month.

Michael has portrayed the role of Dr. Hamilton Finn in the soap since 2016.
