Barry first publicly-known girlfriend was the Irish photographer Shóna Guerin, who he met in 2017.

The pair first crossed paths in a pub in Kerry, Ireland, on Good Friday.

Barry was actually on a date with another girl at the time but Shóna said she soon found that she was “stuck with him”.

During an appearance on Irish TV host Lucy Kennedy’s show, Barry opened up about how Shóna had changed his life.

He said: “I’d be lost without her, I’m telling you that. I wouldn’t be the man I am now without her.

“With this game, rejection comes as well and that can be hard.

“Flying away, almost getting a part and then losing it.

Barry reportedly started dating Grammy-nominated global superstar Sabrina Carpenter in September 2023.

Sabrina is known for her smash hit Espresso, which topped the Spotify global chart.

She also regularly goes viral for her innuendo-filled live shows and song lyrics.

By the time that the couple started dating, Barry’s career had exploded.

The actor had become infamous for a nude scene, sound-tracked by Sophie Ellis-Bextor, in the Amazon Prime erotic thriller Saltburn.

Barry even starred in one of Sabrina’s music video for the song Please, Please, Please as a deadbeat, fresh-out-of-prison boyfriend.

In the song, she begs her boyfriend to not “embarrass” her and even says that “we could live so happily if no one knows that you’re with me”.

Sadly, the pair reportedly decided to take a break at the end of 2024.

A source told People: “They are both young and career-focused, so they’ve decided to take a break.”
