The Los Angeles-based hairdresser is thought to have had a close bond with the Kardashians.

He died “suddenly” just weeks after a trip to Paris alongside Kylie Jenner.

His cause of death has not yet been revealed.

On January 7 2025, Kylie liked an image he posted of her Golden Globes hairstyle.

He also snapped a pic on his Instagram grid showing the pair posing for a mirror selfie the same month.

She is yet to share a tribute to her followers.

As well as Kylie, he has been known to work for Jessica Alba, Shay Mitchell and Rosalia.

All three have paid tribute to Guerrero on social media.

Celebrity makeup artist Daniel Martin wrote: “We love you @jesushair.”

He added a white heart and dove emojis.

Shay Mitchell also shared a post with a series of photos and videos with Guerrero.

The first was snapped outside a private plane, while others appeared more candid.

Brazilian singer Anitta wrote: “Rest in peace my good friend.”

When did he die?

Guerrero’s family broke the heart-breaking news on February 23 2025 through Instagram.

His sister, Gris, has since created a GoFundMe page.

She described how Guerrero has “gone to heaven” and described him as a son, brother, uncle, artist and friend.

The post continued: “Born and raised in Houston, TX, to immigrant parents, Jesus learned how to work hard and dreamt of taking his skills to the top.

“Unfortunately, his passing came very suddenly and unexpectedly.

“Currently, his family is taking care of his personal belongings and accommodations to bring him home to Houston.

“We hope that you find it in your heart to help in any way and / or share this GoFundMe.”
