Y&R spoilers reveal that there’s always a chance that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) could end up having a surprise pregnancy. After all, she and Billy have been hitting the sheets a lot lately, so a bun in the oven wouldn’t be shocking.
Sally has been trying to convince Billy to back off on his revenge plans against Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) for a while now.
