Millie Mackintosh showcased her very toned figure in a skimpy white bikini as she posed for sizzling Instagram snaps during a lavish Dubai getaway on Monday.

The former Made In Chelsea star, 35, took to social media to give a glimpse inside her sun-soaked holiday with her husband Hugo Taylor, 38.

Relaxing on her hotel bed, Millie flaunted her jaw-dropped figure in the white two-piece as she posed for a mirror selfie.

She later added a stylish white lace beach co-ord over the swimwear as she soaked up the sun by the swimming pool at her hotel, Bab Al Shams Desert Resort which starts at £2,800 a night.

In another snap, Millie slipped into a black plunging swimsuit which she teamed with a beige pleated maxi skirt.

She kept comfortable in a pair of flip flops and shielded from the sun under a woven hat and a pair of sunglasses.

The TV personality also snapped a pictured of her shirtless husband soaking up the sun while reading a book by the swimming pool.

Millie took a break from sunbathing as she hit the gym wearing an eye catching pink sports bra and matching shorts showing off her toned abs.

She penned: ‘Soaking up a few days of winter sun with @hugotaylorlondon …starting to unwind after a whirlwind few weeks @babalshamshotel’

Millie married Made In Chelsea co-star Hugo in 2018 after splitting from Professor Green in 2016, and the pair share daughters Sienna, three and two-year-old Aurelia.

It comes after Millie admitted she ‘barely recognises the person she used to be’ as she shared a ‘drunken’ throwback snap in a candid Instagram post on Thursday.

She went sober more than two years ago following the realisation that she had become an ‘angry’ drunk.

As a MIC original, Millie’s early scenes on the show often revolved around partying and drinking leading to flare-ups with fellow cast members which she has since claimed got in the way of her relationships.

Continuing to raise awareness of sobriety and how much her life has changed for the good since going alcohol free, Millie wrote: ‘Now vs. Then.

‘Looking back ten years, I barely recognise the person I used to be—drinking heavily, always hungover, and completely lost.

‘I was stuck in a cycle of self-medicating, not realising that the change I so badly needed was waiting for me on the other side of discomfort.

‘Choosing an alcohol-free life has been the best decision I’ve ever made. It’s the ultimate life hack—realising that I have the power to say no.

‘Not because I have to, but because I get to. Sobriety isn’t a sacrifice; it’s a privilege, a gift I’ve given to myself, and one I’ll never take for granted.

‘The journey from bad drunk to alcohol-free has been the most transformative thing I’ve ever done. And hearing from so many of you who are on this path too means so much.

‘Your messages about my book and your own experiences remind me why this conversation is so important.

‘If you’re navigating this too, know that you’re not alone—we’re in this together. How are you feeling about your own journey right now? Let’s chat. ✨’

Last month she told the Life Of Bryony podcast, about the downward spiral effect that alcohol had on her relationship with husband Hugo.

The mother-of-two said: ‘For me I’d actually started to get quite angry and nasty.

‘But it wasn’t, like if I was on a night out that I’d just be in an immense rage with a stranger, it would be at the end of the night and directed at him.’

Millie said she would also be in constant fear of being caught drunk on camera after she shot to fame on Made On Chelsea in 2011.

She said: ‘The fear of being exposed was constant. I was terrified someone would catch me on camera at my worst.

‘I was living in constant fear that there was going to be pictures of me wasted, [I was] always waiting for a call from my agent to be like “Millie, what the f*** is this?”

‘You know with camera phones, it happened to me a couple of times. So then every time I was out and I was drinking in public, I was then terrified the next morning that someone had posted evidence of it somewhere.’

She added: ‘For me, it feels impossible to do all these things and go to these events and parties and do it alcohol free but it feels so scary but on the other side of that fear is the most beautiful life and don’t wait to do it.

‘It’s the ultimate self-love choice to put yourself first.’

Millie decided to go and see a sober coach, who helped her and has now steered clear of booze for more than two years.
