Chloe Madeley shared a candid postpartum snap on Tuesday and revealed how she transformed back into her toned self – two years after the birth of her daughter Bodhi.

The personal trainer and reality television personality, 37, took to Instagram to share a very honest post as she shared an image from a few days after giving birth.

Next to it she shared a recent snap of her incredibly toned figure as she wore pink patterned swimwear.

She then shared a list of five things to accept after having a baby which included being patient and accepting that your approach to fitness must change.

Chloe finished off her post saying: ‘There is nothing wrong with wanting to feel good in your own skin.

‘Before or after having a child. Anyone who comes at you for caring about this needs to be pointed in the direction of their hair, makeup and or clothing priorities.’

It comes after last month Chloe showed her ex-husband James what he’s missing as she stripped down to her underwear in a very racy Instagram picture.

As the retired rugby player, 39, moves on with mother-of-two Helen Barclay, Chloe showed off her envious figure in the sexy snap.

Chloe stuck her tongue out while flaunting her toned physique in a high-waisted black thong and sports bra.

It came after Chloe opened up about her desire for more children after she split from James in 2023 after 10 years together.

Chloe told her Instagram fans in a Q&A: ‘If I met the right person, I would for sure. But it’s not something I want to do enough alone, if that makes sense.

‘I change my mind about this a lot though, so you might have gotten a different answer from me last week.’

When asked if she was still single, Chloe replied: ‘I am very single and so passive/lazy about it. I highly doubt I will ever not be again.’

It came after James was snapped on a romantic dinner date with Helen at Knightsbridge restaurant Clap with MailOnline revealing he had been seeing the stunning 34-year old – who bears a striking resemblance to Chloe – for just over a year.

However the new couple made their first public appearance together at celebrity hotspot Chiltern Firehouse last March.

At the time there was no suggestion of romance, with James climbing into the front seat of a waiting cab while she occupied a seat in the rear.

James has been commenting on Helen’s Instagram photos, labelling her ‘fit’ as their online flirting ramps up a gear with things becoming more serious in recent months with the pair enjoying an increasing number of dates and spending time at each other’s houses.

An insider claims the pair grew close after bonding over their respective marriage splits, as Helen recently split from her husband of two years having been together for over a decade.

The source said: ‘James and Helen have kept their relationship relatively low-key, enjoying dates at coffee shops and restaurants, and going for walks since the latter end of 2023.

‘But recently they’ve started to see more of each other and they’re enjoying each other’s company. They haven’t said they’re exclusive yet but they’re certainly dating.

‘They have a lot in common, especially both coming out of marriage splits. It’s fair to say they’ve helped each other in what has been a tough period of their lives.’

Chloe Madeley reveals details of her split from husband James Haskell

It’s believed James and Helen, who is a high-flying director at advertising giants WPP, were introduced via a mutual friend who appreciated they’d both experienced similar relationship heartbreak.

The insider added: ‘The relationship is still in its early stages but both James and Helen are unsure where it will end up.

‘James’s work and his love of DJing means nothing is straight forward, and Helen has two kids, so it’s harder to simply down tools and visit him abroad when he’s playing in some cool nightclub overseas.

‘But they’re not putting any pressure on it and are just having fun together. They’re exactly what they both need right now.’
