Rob Gronkowski Reportedly Eyeing Return And One NFL Team Is “In The Mix” To Sign Him

Could Rob Gronkowski be thinking about unretiring for a second time?
According to Denver Sports’ Cecil Lammey, the retired Gronkowski is considering a return to the NFL.
Not only that, it appears that if he does go through with it, a team has already emerged at the top of his list.
The Denver Broncos are said to be “in the mix” to sign Rob Gronkowski should he come out of retirement.
Lammey further explained why Denver would be such a strong draw for Gronkowski.
“Could that team be the Denver Broncos? Two of his brothers, Chris and Dan, both had short stints with the team over 10 years ago and I’ve heard the Gronkowski family loves the city and the team,” Lammey wrote. “Not only that, but sources also tell me that Gronkowski would love to play for head coach Sean Payton, whom he worked with at Fox during the 2022 season, and likes what he’s seen from quarterback Bo Nix.”
Gronkowski might be 35 years old, but he does not have the wear and tear from not playing in the past few years.
He has remained in playing shape, so the only thing he would need to learn is the playbook.
Another draw for Rob Gronkowski is the emergence of quarterback Bo Nix.
The former Heisman Trophy winner out of LSU threw for 3,568 yards, 25 touchdowns, and nine interceptions in his first season.
After finishing with their best record since their Super Bowl 50 victory, the Denver Broncos are clearly on the rise.
Rob Gronkowski Previously Said, “I Might As Well Go Back To Football”

Former New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers superstar Rob Gronkowski has been out of the league since the end of the 2021 NFL season, but it appears all of that might change very soon.
SI Swimsuit model Camille Kostek made it clear that he is always “doing something new” but it appears he might want to get back to something he truly knows.
In a recent appearance on the Dudes on Dudes podcast, Rob revealed that the grind he faces off the field rivals what he experienced during his football career.
“I might as well go back to football because I’m grinding harder than I ever grinded before, and I’m not even playing football,” Gronkowski said on “Dude on Dudes.”
“I might as well go back because playing ball would be easier than what I’ve been doing over the last six months.”
Now, it looks like Gronk might be taking those comments to heart.
