Angel Reese’s younger brother is making a name for himself in college basketball following his sister’s rise to fame at LSU.

The forward, who plays for the Maryland Terrapins, is averaging 13.7 points and 9.1 rebounds per game as a senior this season and recently earned himself a technical foul for trolling fans over free chicken sandwiches.

The Terps registered a win over Nebraska on Thursday night as Julian finished with 13 points and 12 rebounds. It proved to be quite the feisty affair as the forward and his teammate, Derik Queen, took on the raucous crowd early in the game as they refused to back down from their heckling.

Angel Reese’s Sibling Mouthed Off The Home Crowd After Their Attempts To Get Free Food Off him

Reese was shooting free throws with 13 minutes left to go in the second half when the crowd went off on him. Having missed his first two free throws, another miss would have seen Cornhuskers fans win free Chick-fil-A chicken sandwiches. But he made sure they’d have to wait by sinking the shit.

He ran along the student section and taunted them with a “keep quiet” gesture and would later earn a technical foul for mouthing off at the crowd after making a layup.

Nebraska got two shots and possession, though it wasn’t clear what Julian said.

Celtics Lab NBA Basketball Podcast
Assessing the potential trade deadline impact on the East order
While the Boston Celtics may not make any major moves at the 2025 NBA trade deadline, but much of the rest of the league’s Eastern Conference will be looking to improve their rosters to try to get closer to the level of the Celtics and the Cleveland Cavaliers at the top of the conference’s standings. Which teams are gunning for major moves? Which ball clubs will look for medium-sized but impactful trades? And which East clubs will pull the trigger on retooling or rebuilding their rosters? The hosts of the CLNS Media “Celtics Lab” podcast, Alex Goldberg, Cameron Tabatabaie, and Justin Quinn, took a magnifying glass to the lay of the land with regard to the East order ahead of the deadline, which teams need what roles filled, and what moves might shake things up. Tune in to hear how things might look after the dust from this season’s trade deadline settles — and how it might shift Boston’s fortunes, if at all. While Angel Reese’s little bro has gotten criticized over his conduct, he shouldn’t be too bothered as the Terrapins have gotten another win, taking their record to 19-6 with the 83-75 victory.

Queen, meanwhile, led all scorers with 24 points, adding 11 rebounds and an assist in 36 minutes of action.

As for the home fans, they still ended up getting their free sandwiches because Juju missed a pair of free throws nearing the end of the game.
