Hollywood is in shock this week after the shocking news that Kim Sae-ron has died.

The 24-year-old Netflix star was found dead in her home in Seongsu-dong, a neighborhood in eastern Seoul, South Korea.

The South Korean actress disappeared from the public eye following a drunk driving conviction nearly two years ago.

Her body was discovered by a friend, according to police.

Kim Sae-ron is best known for her role in the 2010 movie “The Man from Nowhere,” in which she played a kidnapped child rescued by a former special forces agent.

She would go on to win the Best New Actress award at the Korean Film Awards for her performance.

Unfortunately, her career would be derailed following a drunk-driving accident in 2022. She was fined 20 million won ($13,800).
