Paul George Drops A Stunning Two-Word Response When Asked About 76ers Teammate Joel Embiid’s Injury Struggles

The only way out for the Philadelphia 76ers is to keep their roster healthy and Joel Embiid healthier. They are making strategic plans in order to keep the big man playable; Paul George has an interesting suggestion for the whole situation.
Embiid was absent from the fourth quarter of the closely contested game against the Brooklyn Nets. Despite being the team’s superstar and widely considered one of the best centers in the NBA, Embiid sat out the entire final period due to ongoing knee issues. Sixers Coach Nick Nurse made the critical adjustment on time as the 76ers were attempting to secure a better position in the play-in race.
However, the Phillies’ struggle with their superstars’ injuries is nothing new. George has been on medicines for a bit long just to keep on playing for the team. And when asked for any sort of help he would give as advice for Embiid, PG had a two-word response.
“Dr**s helped me. That’s what’s kind of getting me over the hump,” Paul said when asked if he had any words of wisdom to help Embiid’s injury struggle.
However, some might get it a diabolic suggestion as his teammate is having a hard time dealing with injuries, and all he has to suggest is to do dr**s. Don’t get it wrong. The 9x NBA All-Star meant medications, not the other things around.

Paul George Opens Up About His Injury Struggles
While many take Paul George’s remarks on Embiid as a strange suggestion, that man has been dealing with his own things. The 76ers forward has recently opened up about the challenges he has faced while dealing with a finger injury. It has impacted his performance and availability on the court and kept him bothered for some time.
After suffering an injury to the extensor tendon in his left pinky finger on January 25, George missed five games. Fortunately, he made his return to the lineup on February 5 with a splint on his finger. Despite the physical discomfort, George remains committed to his team.
“I’m hanging in there. I’m just trying to give this team everything I have,” PG said after the 76ers loss to the Boston Celtics. “The report is true. I am taking some sorts of medicines to kind of, I guess, play through pain. But yeah, I’m going to try to give everything I got,” he added.
However, with the struggles he faces in ball-handling and overall gameplay due to the injury, things stand at an odd turn for the team. It might take a long-term toll on him, and the camp is not in a position to handle the blow.
