The Denver Nuggets are preparing to host the Minnesota Timberwolves for their next matchup. While the Nuggets look confident for the game, Minnesota fans are curious about Anthony Edwards’ status for the matchup.

As per the injury reports, Edwards is fit to play the game and will most likely start for the Timberwolves. However, the team is in a challenging position. They are looking to secure a playoff spot after reaching the Western Conference finals last season. With a surge from five consecutive wins, they aim to extend this streak against the Nuggets.

Their previous victories against the Nuggets occurred in Minneapolis. But this next matchup will take place in Denver, where the Nuggets have been strong, winning 14 of their last 18 games.

The Timberwolves welcome back center Rudy Gobert, who recently returned from an injury. Gobert’s inclusion will boost the team’s front line as they prepare to face the Nuggets’ Nikola Jokic.

For the TWolves, their offensive efforts majorly revolve around Edwards. He is scoring a high average and getting support from Julius Randle and others.

Breaking down Boston’s Game 2 win vs. the Pacers, what to expect in Game 3
The Boston Celtics defeated the Indiana Pacers 126-110 in Game 2 of the NBA’s 2024 Eastern Conference finals thanks to a career playoff-high matching 40 points from Jaylen Brown. But it came at the expense of backup big man Luke Kornet’s wrist being sprained on a team already thin at center; will Boston be okay with Kornet on the bench?. On the other side of the court, however, we saw Pacers star Tyrese Halliburton leave the game injured in the second half with what initially appeared to be a re-aggravation of the hamstring injury that kept him out for significant time this season. Will he be able to play when the series shifts pack to Indiana for Game 3, and if not, is a sweep incoming? The hosts of the CLNS Media “Celtics Lab” podcast reacted to the win postgame from the Garden (excuse the Wi-Fi issues, please), seeing some small ball looks that paid off — and defensive lapses that did not.  The Celtics Lab podcast is brought to you by Prize Picks and Gametime. CLPod 74: The Cs teams that never were, late summer moves & more
Two months out from the start of the regular season, and nearly half as long from camp, more than a few of us are starting to get antsy without basketball to watch. With that in mind, we decided it was time to dust off the microphones and record an episode of the CLPod to talk about the (very few) moves of note going down since the last time we recorded two weeks ago.And with the team in a liminal space between seasons, neither last season’s Celtics nor the next, Mark Allison and Justin Quinn got to thinking about all the different ways this timeline of Boston’s journey from one contending squad to the next could have gone differently. So, we put our heads together, and tried to imagine how the Cs might look if Danny Ainge had kept the last title team together longer, or if Brad Stevens had said no, or if Boston hadn’t signed Al Horford, or…well, you’ll have to listen to hear them all.So, if you’re as ready as we are for some real, live NBA games that count, you’re going to have to wait a while. But if you want some news and analysis on not just this timeline, but several others we don’t happen to be on, buckle up and listen to this week’s CLPod – we have at least another month of doldrums ahead of us, and a lot to be thankful for, if our thought experiments are as realistic as we think they are.Support this podcast at — https://redcircle.com/celtics-lab-nba-basketball-podcast/donationsAdvertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy Learn more about your ad choices. Separating fact from fiction in Boston’s 2023-24 campaign with Jeff Zilgitt
When a new NBA season begins, every team is undefeated, and, at least mathematically speaking, a title contender as well. But for fans of the Boston Celtics, such slights of hand are not going to be enough to slake the thirst for Banner 18 raging in the gullets of Bostonians and their ilk. But the consensus seems to be that Boston is as well-prepared to do the deed as any team in the league next season, with the Milwaukee Bucks and Denver Nuggets virtual co-favorites to win it all. When the dust settles on the 2023 NBA Finals, we will have our answer, but in the meantime, it is the duty of the league’s press corp to sort fact from fiction regarding the season ahead. To such an end, the hosts of the CLNS Media “Celtics Lab” podcast linked up with USA TODAY’s Jeff Zilgitt to do exactly that, from the preseason tilts we have seen thus far all the way on to the future of the league beyond this season and the next. Brace yourself for a few spicy takes plus plenty of agreement regarding this tea’s potential — no matter how it pans out, the NBA’s 2023-24 season already looks like the wildest of rides. Anthony Edwards Fuels Trade Rumors With His Miami Visit

New Stunning Details Emerge On Suns Superstar Kevin Durant’s Trade Sweepstakes That No One Saw Coming

While his dream at Minnesota is still not over, Anthony Edwards is fueling trade speculation with his latest move. Edwards’ recent visit to Miami during All-Star weekend has sparked a wave of speculation regarding a potential trade to the Miami Heat.

Spending time at the Heat’s practice facility and working out with the team has led to discussions about whether Edwards is merely enjoying the vibrant city or something else. Given his close ties to Heat coach Erik Spoelstra, the idea of him joining the franchise looks exciting.

With the Miami Heat sitting at the No. 9 seed in the Eastern Conference following the trade of Jimmy Butler, it’s clear that big changes are needed. Team president Pat Riley is known for making bold moves, and the pursuit of superstars like Phoenix Suns forward Kevin Durant reflects that ambition.

However, the possibility of acquiring Edwards is a fascinating task they would try to finish. If the Heat can leverage his visit and the connections he has with the organization, they may be able to attract this young talent.
