GEORGE Lopez has fans outraged after he abruptly walked out of a stand-up show due to a supposedly rowdy bunch.

The comedian performed at Eagle Mountain Casino in Porterville, California, on Friday night, but it didn’t go as planned.

According to TMZ, George, 63, ended the gig 30 minutes early after a few “hecklers” disrupted his set.

The show was a rescheduled appearance after The George Lopez star canceled his show in April because of a medical emergency.

Videos of the aftermath were shared on social media, as attendees voiced their frustrations with George’s actions.

Although they didn’t show the alleged hecklers, one clip captured the annoyed crowd leaving their seats when George didn’t return to the stage.

“It’s the venue or casino’s job to provide a good experience for both the artist and the fans, but the casino failed in this regard. The audience was overserved and unruly, and the casino staff was unable to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for the artist and guests,” the statement began.

“George’s personal security team worked with the venue security staff to maintain order, ensure safety, and eject disruptive individuals. Unfortunately, the casino security team was not adequate to accomplish this task.”

The statement continued, “George is not obligated to perform in an unsafe environment. He feels badly that those who came to see the show were unable to do so as a result.”

However, the venue told a different story about how things played out in an Instagram post.

Their message accused George of “letting his fans down,” and slammed the comic for not utilizing the venue’s security or his private security, who were supposedly present, to deal with the hecklers.

They noted that they would release a formal statement about the ordeal on Monday.

Fans raced to the comments to bash George for his behavior.

“Biggest disappointment. We all thought it was part of the show… never again!!” one attendee wrote.

“Wow sad, not a fan anymore. Glad I didn’t waste my time and money,” another said.

“Maybe it’s time to never book Mr. Lopez at Eagle Mountain Casino ever again. He showed the Casino our community he lacks professionalism.

“He may have issues & problems far beyond why he canceled in the first place. It seems he did not want to perform or no longer has the magic of comedy,” a third raged.

The U.S. Sun reached out to George’s camp for a comment, which repeated their stance that the actor was in the right.

As of Saturday evening, George hadn’t addressed the incident on any of his platforms.

His last post to his Instagram feed was weeks earlier, resharing NBC’s announcement that his sitcom Lopez Vs. Lopez was renewed for a third season.

The show premiered on the network in 2022, telling the story of a working-class family’s “dysfunction, reconnection, and all the pain and joy in between,” as per IMDB.
