REPORT: Fox Sports Makes Final Decision On Joy Taylor After She Was Supposedly Suspended By FS1 For Two-Weeks

Joy Taylor’s absence from FS1’s Speak reached a second week after Front Office Sports reported that FS1 “sidelined” Taylor from appearing on the ensemble talk show.
The network’s decision remains unclear, but it surely has to be related to the impending lawsuit against her and others.
Taylor will rejoin the FS1 show “Speak” on Monday, sources told The Athletic’s Andrew Marchand.
The network or the ‘Speak’ panel never addressed her two-week absence, raising suspicion that it was not coincidental with Taylor’s being named in a lawsuit.
The lawsuit filed by Noushin Faraji, the former hairstylist for Bayless, accuses Taylor of being aware of sexual misconduct allegations against Skip Bayless and network executive Charlie Dixon.
The lawsuit names Bayless, Dixon, and Taylor, as well as the Fox Corporation, Fox Sports, Fox Sports 1, Fox Sports 2, and Fox Sports Productions.

Joy Taylor Previously Responded To Lawsuit Against Her

Noushin Faraji, a former hairstylist for FS1, filed a lawsuit last month accusing former host Skip Bayless of sexual misconduct.
She additionally accused current FS1 host Joy Taylor of harassment on the basis of ethnicity. She also alleged that Taylor used sex to further her career.
Bayless and Taylor each responded to the lawsuit last month, denying the allegations against them and asking the court for relief.
A response filed by Bayless’ attorney said Faraji “consented, by words or conduct,” to the conduct Faraji alleged.
In Taylor’s response, her attorney says Faraji “was not a qualified person with a disability as defined by relevant law, nor regarded as a person with a disability.”
Faraji accused Taylor of mocking her English and complaining about Faraji’s humming.
A spokeswoman on behalf of Taylor told The Athletic that Faraji including Taylor in the complaint was an attempt to leverage media attention.
“The claims set forth against Ms. Taylor are devoid of merit and appear to have been strategically framed to create unwarranted publicity rather than to seek legitimate redress,” the spokeswoman said.
