KELLY Ripa has said that she can’t sit near her husband Mark Consuelos anymore.

After two years of co-hosting LIVE! together, Kelly, 54, has said that she needs to sit on a separate couch from Mark, 53.

Her admission came shortly before he admitted he doesn’t listen to her when they’re hosting their morning show together.

Appearing on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, the couple sat down for a candid chat.

Mark revealed that it has almost been two years since he started hosting LIVE! with his wife.

Jimmy asked him how it’s going, with Kelly quick to make a joke that implied they had some on-set tension with one another.

“We need two couches,” Kelly joked.

She then added, “I think it’s been great. We don’t really talk about work at home.”

“We don’t have to fill each other in. We already know what happened and how bad or good it was.”

Mark then explained that they both seem to “forget” who had been on the show that day.

Jimmy then played a clip a little while later, which showed Kelly and Mark hosting LIVE! together.

MARK ‘DOESN’T LISTEN’ TO KELLY

In the clip, Mark drifted off and seemingly zoned out while his wife was talking.

Kelly instantly knew that Mark had zoned out and realized quickly that he was no longer listening to her.

In the clip, Kelly explained how she knew he had zoned out and “wasn’t listening” to her.

Mark confessed that he had in fact zoned out.

“I was just having a moment. I was just literally thinking about lunch,” he later told Jimmy back on the talk show.Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos on a talk show.

Kelly then said how when they are at home, he zones out for “99% of the conversation.”

She quipped, “At least pretend you’re paying attention to me on air. From 9 until 10, it’s not that hard.”

Mark then said, “Sometimes I just take a little nap.”

COUPLE’S CHEMISTRY

Fans were quick to react to the couple’s interview with Jimmy.

One person penned, “Awesome couple and their chemistry on the show spills over from their real lives! Both are so funny and fun to watch!”

Another swooned, “How gorgeous are they?”

While a third gushed: “Love them together.”

Kelly and Mark married in Las Vegas in May 1996.

The couple got hitched after dating for about a year after they met on the set of All My Children in 1995.

They have three children: Michael, Lola, and Joaquin.
