Charli xcx debuts Brat merchandise after fans’ demands – but they complain it’s ‘ugly’ and say they’re ‘underwhelmed’
CHARLI xcx has finally debuted merchandise for her critically acclaimed album Brat.
The hyper-pop icon released her sixth studio album on June 7, 2024, and another version with three more songs on June 10.
Earlier this week, Charli, 31, real name Charlotte Emma Aitchison, released Brat-inspired merch in her store.
However, fans need a password to gain access to the store.
WHAT’S AVAILABLE
For those with the password, potential buyers could purchase an all-green shirt with the word “brat” in the middle, similar to the album cover.
Another shirt had lyrics from 365 that read, “365 Party Girl,” written in black, and cost $40.
“I’m Your Favorite Reference” was written on another plain white T-shirt that is from Charli’s song 360 and is selling for $40.
The album’s name Brat was plastered on black and white baby tees.
The final attire option available is a long-sleeved black shirt with the lyrics from Club Classics.
“When I go to the club I want to hear those club classics / Yeah, I wanna dance to me / I wanna dance to A.G. / I wanna dance with George / I wanna dance to Sophie / I wanna dance to HudMo / Right now.”
The pullover shirt is selling for $55.
Other products for sale are a black hat, a green water bottle, three types of keychains, CDs, and two types of vinyl.
‘GIVE US NOTHING!’
On a popular pop culture-related X, formerly Twitter account, with screenshots of what is available – and fans weren’t too thrilled by their options.
“Yes girl give us nothing!!!” one wrote.
Another pointed out, “$40 for a green t shirt that only says brat is insane.”
“S**t looks like a mess,” a third harsh critic said.

“And we’re underwhelmed unfortunately,” a fourth confessed.
A fifth stated, “Oh that’s ugly.”
However, other fans were obsessed with the merch.
“We will be purchasing!” one said.
Another mentioned, “What we’ve been waiting for!”
ON THE ROAD
In April, Charli revealed her arena tour with Troye Sivan and ShyGirl.
Beginning in September, Charli and Troye will embark on the Sweat Tour that will hit cities across North America.
The first concert takes place on September 14 in Detroit, Michigan, and ends on October 23 in Seattle, Washington.
Other cities Charli and Troye are visiting include Philadelphia, Los Angeles, Orlando, Denver, Nashville, and Chicago.
